(2019-2020) Just before the pandemic started, I began a project called "Glitter" which explores diversity in identity. I wanted to use glitter as a kind of self-expression and in a very collaborative way, I let my models choose the colour that best represents them. As a photographer, it is my mission to encourage all to practice self-love and deconstruct the stereotypical assumptions of gender since no matter what you identify as, you can wear that lipstick, glitter and even free the nipple if you want to. Especially, now that I am a parent it is very important to me to normalise those desires and freedom to express yourself which is what I am hoping to achieve in this ongoing project.
